No No No, the mechanic over torqued the Bold and Filter house. I had to use an Impact gun to undo them. The crush washer is almost infused with the oil pan drain hole. Never coming here. Saving is way less than repair and parts cost to fix their mishandling.

Called the Auto Care center during their open hours in the morning. They don't answer... at all... What's the point of having a desk rep there if they don't take calls??? 🤦‍♂️
